Mr. Ahmed Alani has spent more than 25 years in contracting and engineering delivery, and he runs Salient the way the best builders always have: personally.
Under his leadership, Salient Engineering has delivered more than thirteen projects worth over AED 125 million for Abu Dhabi's most demanding clients: the Department of Health, the Department of Community Development, ADEK, the Emirates Schools Establishment, Aldar, and private healthcare and retail operators. Several of those projects were the first of their kind in the entire Middle East and North Africa.
His rule is unchanged from his first site to his latest: one aligned team of management, engineers, and site staff, a value-engineering review on every design decision, and the owner's own signature on the result.
