Your data, handled with care.

The site collects only what you choose to send us through four forms: the contact form and project dossier (name, email, phone, company, project details), the careers application (CV files, recommendation letters, and the answers you provide), and the vendor registration (company details, contact person, and an optional company profile). We do not use tracking cookies and we do not buy data about you.

Project enquiries are used to respond to you and prepare a proposal. Career applications are used to evaluate you for a role. Vendor registrations are used by our procurement team to invite you to packages. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

Forms are processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to admin@salient-ec.com. Access is limited to the Salient team members who need it to respond to you.

Enquiries are kept while we work together or while a proposal is live. CVs are kept for future openings unless you ask us to delete them. Vendor registrations are kept while your company remains on our procurement list.

Email admin@salient-ec.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within a reasonable time and delete data we have no continuing need to keep.

Project pages link to third-party coverage such as the Abu Dhabi Media Office, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
