Nabdh Al Falah was the proof of concept for Abu Dhabi's Nabdh community model: a neighbourhood hub bringing services, events, and gathering space into one building. Salient delivered the first one, and the emirate has since committed to expanding the model across its regions.
The 183-day programme covered the multi-purpose hall, external works, and full IT and AV fit-out, handed over ready for the community it now serves.
