A one-day surgery centre is a hospital compressed into a villa footprint: operating theatres, recovery, sterilisation, and imaging, each with its own services and compliance requirements from the Department of Health.

As the design-and-build contractor, Salient carried single-point responsibility from drawings to licensing-ready handover: clinical-grade finishes, coordinated medical gas and HVAC, and documentation prepared for regulatory inspection.
